Welcome SATT group members and friends. The novice session on our trackdays is designed exclusively for those of you who have little or no trackday experience. You will not be on circuit with experienced riders so please don’t feel intimidated by the prospect of going on your first trackday. It is a common misconception that you need a high performance bike to take part. However the reality is quite the opposite – anyone can enjoy the thrill and excitement of a trackday and riding on a racetrack! On all of our events, we will provide turning in and apex cones as an on circuit guide to help you master the correct lines effectively. We also allocate an exclusive question and answer session for all novice riders before you hit the track! A few limited speed laps behind a pace bike to familiarise yourself with the circuit and warm up your tyres and you’re ready to go! If you need some further encouragement on the day then don’t worry - our instructors are on hand at all events ready to offer you advice in the pit lane and one to one tuition on circuit. Cadwell Park is a legendary circuit for bikers and unique features such as the fantastic Mountain section set it apart from any other track in the country. Anyone who has ever been there will tell you that you must ride Cadwell before your biking days are over. Remember you don’t need a super-bike to take part and after a day on the track, I guarantee you will be back for more! We look forward to seeing you here! Additional Information: We have a noise limit of 105db at this event. A road bike with a standard / road legal exhaust should be under this limit but if you are unsure then please contact us to arrange a noise test. You will need either one piece leathers or two piece leathers with a zip around the middle to take part in any trackday.
