Snetterton is about to enter a new dawn. For years, the historic Norfolk track has lain neglected, somewhat scruffy and uncared for. But, when Jonathan Palmer’s MotorSport Vision company took over ownership of the venue in January 2004, he vowed to bring it back to its former glory as a hub of the UK motor racing industry.
Backed by the local Breckland Council’s Rural Enterprise Valley initiative, which aims to create a corridor of world-class motorsport and advanced engineering expertise in Norfolk, MotorSport Vision has revealed its vision for the future of Snetterton – the Snetterton Business Park.
The £15 million development will house a race school, units for race teams as well as motorsport-related retail and engineering businesses, offices and a hotel with conference facilities.
