An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright, hard working and enthusiastic individual to join the Events department based at Brands Hatch.
Working alongside the Motorsport Events team and the Sales and Marketing team, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of off-track entertainment during events held at the MSV Group of circuits, with the aim of increasing the range of activities on offer across all age groups and to enhance the atmosphere and spectacle of major promoted race meetings. Tasks will include:
Arranging activities including music, stunt shows and other live performances within set budgets;
Liaising with car and bike clubs to create display areas at motorsport events;
Ensuring all details of event entertainment are communicated accurately to spectators via venue signage, dedicated event websites, on-the-day literature etc;
Attending events to ensure their smooth operation;
Carrying out spectator research post-event;
Raising of purchase orders and invoices.
An interest in motorsport would be an advantage but is not essential. Any experience in event planning and delivery would be highly beneficial.
The successful candidate will have a full driving licence and be prepared to work weekends during the summer months. He or she must be a team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a confident, outgoing nature.
