An open pit lane trackday offers you the flexibility to go on and off circuit as much as you like throughout the day.
If you have never done a trackday before then please be aware that there can be some faster vehicles on these events with more experienced track drivers. However, if you would like to attend an open pit lane event then we advise you book yourself a session of instruction and you should be up to speed in no time at all.
Typical Day
Signing On
This is signing of indemnity forms, checking of driving licences and allocation of instruction sessions.
Safety Briefing
This will cover trackday rules and circuit information.
Track Time Begins
The track is now open until lunchtime where you can go on and off circuit as you please.
Lunch
On all trackdays there is a one hour lunch break, which will be between 12am and 2pm.
Afternoon Track Time Begins
The track re-opens for free lapping.
Track Time Ends
It’s time to head home.
As always, instructors will be on hand throughout the day to offer advice and one-one in-car tuition, for a small fee.
